Our Team
At Holistic Care Scotland, we recognise that the strength of our services lies in the quality of our team. That’s why we are dedicated to selective recruitment and ongoing development to ensure we employ the most capable, compassionate, and skilled individuals.

Recruiting the right people is crucial to achieving our mission. We seek team members who not only possess the necessary knowledge, expertise, and commitment to best practices, but also demonstrate empathy, warmth, and exceptional communication skills. We believe that a genuine understanding of our client’s needs is essential for delivering care that enhances quality and fulfilment of life.

All staff are registered with the Scottish Social Service Council (SSSC) and adhere to its codes of practice, upholding the highest professional standards.
Additionally, every team member undergoes a comprehensive induction program, followed by tailored training designed to reflect the unique needs of our clients. This training emphasises empathy and understanding, with strategies focused on promoting wellbeing and delivering person-centred care.
By prioritising the development of a well-trained and dedicated team, we ensure that our clients receive the exceptional care and support they deserve.

At Holistic Care Scotland, we are deeply committed to building a team of care professionals who embody excellence and compassion. This commitment drives our rigorous compliance processes, designed to ensure that every Care Worker possesses the necessary qualifications, experience, and dedication to deliver the highest standard of care.

Our process begins with thorough checks, including Enhanced Criminal Records reviews through Disclosure Scotland, health declarations, detailed reference verifications, and an evaluation of work history. We also conduct regular reviews with relevant registration bodies to ensure each staff member maintains their fitness to practice and adheres to the highest professional standards.

Beyond compliance, we actively invest in the ongoing growth and development of our team. Regular supervision sessions, including recorded one-to-one meetings every twelve weeks, spot checks, observations, and annual appraisals, ensure that every Care Worker continuously refines their skills and remains aligned with best practices. Our training programs not only enhance professional expertise but also emphasise empathy and person-centred care, fostering a culture of excellence that makes a real difference in the lives of those we support.

This relentless focus on quality and training reflects our passion for providing outstanding care and creating a workforce that our clients can trust and rely on.
