Can you support me for only a short amount of time each day?

 

Our minimum duration of care visits depends on your specific requirements and your location within the area we serve. We proudly offer a minimum of three-hour care blocks, as we believe this allows for more meaningful interactions and ensures a fulfilling experience for our clients. This extended duration enables us to provide comprehensive, unrushed support tailored to your individual needs.

For clients with shorter care requirements, we kindly ask you to contact a member of our Care Team. They will be happy to discuss your needs and explore how we can best support you.

What if I only require support with my household chores?

 

As part of your care package, your Care Worker can assist with light household chores, such as laundry, washing up, and hoovering, when these tasks are essential to maintaining your health and well-being. This service is integrated into your overall care plan to ensure your home remains a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

While we are unable to provide purely domestic support without any healthcare requirements, we are happy to offer this assistance when it is imperative to supporting your overall care needs. If you are seeking standalone domestic services, we recommend reaching out to a local domestic agency, which may be able to provide this support at a more cost-effective rate.

Can Support Worker help me with my pets?

Whilst our Care Worker will do everything they can to support you, we cannot guarantee support with your pets. If you do require help with looking after your pets, we will do our utmost to match you with Support Worker who feels comfortable doing so.

 

How soon can my care service start?

 

Our services can begin within 48 hours of your initial enquiry. Following your enquiry, we will arrange for our registered manager to visit you at home to conduct a comprehensive assessment of your care needs and a risk assessment to ensure your safety. Based on this, we will create a personalised care and support plan tailored to your requirements, finalising it together when your care or support begins.

We carefully select a team of care workers to support you, ensuring they align with your individual needs, preferences, and personality.

 

We understand the urgency of crisis situations and are equipped to respond swiftly. In such cases, we streamline our service delivery process, conducting an immediate assessment to initiate care as quickly as possible.
